Lucy Ritter’s first gig as a pop drummer has been the role of a lifetime. Since the summer of 2023, she has been touring the world with rising sensation Chappell Roan. IPR’s Cece Mitchell chatted with the percussionist backstage at Roan’s sold-out Council Bluffs concert about her start in the music industry, the best moments of her career thus far and playing an active role in the queer music revolution.
